المعايير والمحددات التصميمية للمبانى العقابية (السجون) فى مصر

This paper deals with the study and discuss a range of determinants that can affect the process design intended for prisoners in general - for different spaces and prisons in particular - as being in the framework of determining the design efficiency and its ability to provide and realize the needs of the prisoner - inside the prison band, and are these determinants in the (humanitarian - social - environmental - design - and functional - aesthetic - economic - technological). The paper deals with the foundations and standards of design for buildings prisons, which aims to achieve a prisoner needs, has own prisoner and behaviors, studies have shown that the practice of prisoner on different activities (sports - cultural ...) to improve his behavior and refined, so it must provide suitable working to stimulate the orientation conflicts with the prisoner's environment , not limited to the elements and components of the vacuum, but include the provision of freedom of movement and choice, and therefore the prisoner feel a part of the vacuum integrates and interacts with, the principles and standards of design must be the achievement of the prison to the concept of modern, in order to add new dimensions (educational, cultural, creative, behavioral ), and those foundations are in the (urban - design - functional - economic - psychological - security).
يتناول البحث  دراسة ومناقشة مجموعة من المحددات التي يمکن أن تؤثر على العملية التصميمية للفراغات المختلفة المخصصة للسجين بشکل عام – وللسجون بشکل خاص - کما يتم في إطارها تحديد کفاءة التصميم وقدرته على توفير وتحقيق احتياجات السجين – داخل نطاق السجن ، وتتمثل هذه المحددات فى ( إنسانية - اجتماعية – بيئية – تصميمية - وظيفية - جمالية - اقتصادية – تکنولوجية ) .
ويتناول البحث الأسس والمعايير التصميمية لمبانى السجون والتى تهدف لتحقيق احتياجات السجين ، وقد أثبتت الدراسات الخاصة بالسجين وسلوکياته ان ممارسة السجين للانشطة المختلفة (رياضية – ثقافية...) لتحسين سلوکه وتهذيبه , لذا فإنه يجب توفير البيئة المناسبة التى تعمل على استثارة النزاعات والميول لدى السجين ، ولا تنحصر فى العناصر والمکونات للفراغ ، وإنما تشمل توفير الحرية فى الحرکة والاختيار ، وبالتالى يشعر السجين بأنه جزء من الفراغ يتکامل ويتفاعل معه ، فان الأسس والمعايير التصميمية لابد ان تحقيق السجن بمفهوم حديث ، بهدف إضافة أبعاد جديدة (تعليمية, ثقافية, إبداعية, سلوکية) ، وتتمثل تلک الأسس فى ( العمرانية – التصميمية – الوظيفية – الاقتصادية – النفسية – الأمنية ).
