ENERGY CONSERVATION IN SOCIAL HOUSING BUILDINGS

The sustainable architecture has recently witnessed a remarkable development in the modern
building construction, which emphasizes the call for sustainability of the building because of the
negative impacts on the environmental system and the lack of sustainability of these buildings.
The study comes from the necessity of knowing the reasons for the lack of environmentally
suitable housing for most members of low income society In Egypt and the absence of solutions
and treatments in addition to the deterioration of the social housing environment in most existing
housing and cost does not correspond to the economic situation of most members of the
community.
This study aims to find integrated design solutions to provide social and environmental housing
to achieve the user's comfort in all aspects, whether economic, social or environmental, and to
ensure the protection of the environment through the work of analytical study of global housing
buildings and the use of some of these methods to improve the local social housing and reduce
the negative effects of Through the integra tion of modern building techniques with
traditional techniques used to meet the requirements of the environment and the individual.The
study is based on axes that study the relationship of housing efficiency to the surrounding
environment, and reduce the cost of energy consumed to reach some of the foundations of the
environmental design of buildings.
 
شھدت العمارة المستدامة مؤخرا تطورا ملحوظا في البناء الحديث البناء والتي تؤکد علي الدعوة الي استدامة البناء
وذلک لما يحدث اليوم من تأثيرات سلبية على المنظومة البيئية وعدم تحقيق استدامة ھذه المباني ، وتأتي ھذه الدراسة
من ضرورة معرفة اسباب عدم توفر مساکن تتلاءم بيئيا لأغلب أفراد المجتمع محدود الدخل ف ي مصر وعدم وجود
حلول ومعالجات لھا بالإضافة الى تدھور بيئة المسکن الاجتماعي في معظم المساکن الموجودة وبتکلفة لا تتوافق مع
الحالة الإقتصادية لمعظم أفراد المجتمع . و تعمل ھذه الدراسة على إيجاد حلول تصميمية متکاملة لتوفير مسکن
اجتماعي بيئي يحقق راحة المستخدم م ن جميع النواحي سواء أکانت إقتصادية أوإجتماعية أو بيئية وضمان حماية
البيئة من خلال عمل دراسة تحليلية لمباني سکنية عالمية واستخدام بعض تلک الاساليب لتحسين الاسکان الاجتماعي
المحلي ، وتقليل الاثار السلبية لھا من خلال دمج التقنيات الحديثة للبناء مع التقنيات ال تقليدية المستخدمة لتلبية متطلبات
البيئة والفرد. وتتبلور الدراسة حول محاور تدرس علاقة کفاءة المسکن بالبيئة المحيطة، وتقليل تکلفة الطاقة المستھلکة
للوصول لبعض أسس التصميم البيئي لمباني الاسکان الاجتماعي في المدن الجديدة في مصر و إيجاد حلول لبعض
تلک المشکلات التي تعيق أصحاب المباني لاستخدام تلک الأساليب مثل حل أزمة زيادة تکاليف استخدامھا .
