Abstract

This paper deals with the study of interior design elements for office buildings that affect the
physiological performance, productivity and satisfaction of employees during the working
hours. First the literature review analysis is occurred to investigate the role of interior design
elements in the office buildings in open spaces through an evaluation study on five office
buildings in Egypt, highlighting the importance of reviewing the performance of the office
workplace during the operation phase, then The findings of the survey were analyzed and
reported showing the importance of enhancing the interior design elements in office
buildings open spaces to enhance the employee's productivity and satisfaction.

يناقش البحث أھمية وفاعلية المصمم الداخلي و مساھمتھ في تحسين أداء الموظفين وإنتاجيتھم في المباني الإدارية، وذلک
من خلال دراسة عناصر التصميم الداخلي للمباني الإدارية التي تؤثر على الأداء الفسيولوجي للموظفين وإنتاجيتھم
ورضاھم خلال ساعات العمل. حيث تم عمل تحليل دراسات سابقة لغرض التحقق من دور عناصر التصميم الداخلي في
حيزات المسقط الأفقي المفتوح في المباني الإدارية، و تم ذکر دراسة مسحية لتقييم ما بعد الإشغال في خمسة مباني إدارية
مختارة من مصر و تحليل نتائج الاستطلاع، التي أثبتت عن أھمية دور عناصر التصميم الداخلي في المساقط الأفقية
المفتوحة في المباني الإدارية وإرتباطھا بإنتاجية العاملين ورضاھم.
