THE ROLE OF THE PHYSICAL ELEMENTS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN RAISING THE PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF SMART CITIES

Cities, in their various forms, are considered to contain  humans and meet all their services and needs. However, cities in the current era have transcended this formal and symbolic status, transforming into a distinguished position as an important factor in human development in Its various dimensions. The topic of smart cities and raising their efficiency has become a matter of global interest. and peoples, governments, and those interested. This interest has escalated to enhance the efforts made to preserve the Privacy, Security, Safety, And Technological development of  peoples in light of the continuing advance of the sweeping globalization trend, which seeks to standardize human culture. The smart city infrastructure is the preliminary step to establishing the structure and architecture of the smart city in general. A number of smart cities have been established recently around the world. The scope of these cities is mainly limited to establishing a technological complex that transforms industrial properties into the latest information technologies and allows continuous development and expanded use of technologies. Networked technologies bring smart solutions to every aspect of our lives, from how people live at home, work in the office, access information and socialize to how they interact with our environment and surroundings. the use of smart technologies defines new Forms of work and innovation that make possible the rapid development of  new infrastructure services. Therefore, the role of the physical elements of the infrastructure in raising the Performance efficiency of smart cities is to create structural transformations in the methods of designing new smart cities through the optimal use of the natural, economic, social, and urban resources of these cities in accordance with the demand and tendencies of the needs of the required development and artificial intelligence
 
تعتبر المدن بمختلف أشكالها هي احتواء الانسان و تلبيه جميع خدماته و احتياجاته ،إلا أن المدن في العصر الحالي قد تجاوزت هذه المكانة الشكلية والرمزية ، للتحول موقعا مميزا كعامل مهم من عوامل التنمية البشرية بمختلف أبعادها ، وهكذا أصبح موضوع المدن الذكيه و رفع كفائتها تستدعي اهتمام العالم والشعوب و الحكومات والمهتمين .... وقد تصاعد هذا الإهتمام ليعزز الجهود المبذولة من أجل الحفاظ علي الخصوصيات والامن و الامان و التطور التكنولوجي للشعوب في ظل تواصل زحف تيار العولمة الجارف ، الذي يسعي الي تنميط الثقافة الإنسانية.... ان البنية التحتية للمدينة الذكية هي الخطوة التمهيدية لتأسيس هيكل وعمارة المدينة الذكية بشكل عام و تم إنشاء عدد من المدن الذكية مؤخراً في جميع أنحاء العالم ويقتصرنطاق هذه المدن بشكل أساسي على إنشاء مجمع تكنولوجي يحول العقارات الصناعية إلى أحدث تقنيات المعلومات و يتيح التطور المستمر والاستخدام الموسع للتقنيات المتصلة بالشبكة حلولاً ذكية في كل جانب من جوانب حياتنا ، بدءاً من كيفية عيش الأفراد في المنزل والعمل في المكتب والوصول إلى المعلومات والتواصل الاجتماعي إلى كيفية تفاعلهم مع بيئتنا ومحيطنا، يحدد استخدام التقنيات الذكية أشكالاً جديدة من العمل والابتكار تجعل من الممكن  التطورالسريع لخدمات البنيه التحتية الجديدة لذا يقوم دورالعناصر المادية للبنية الاساسية فى رفع كفاءه الاداء للمدن الذكية استحداث تحولات هيكلية في طرق تصميم المدن الجديده الذكيه وذلك عن طريق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية ،والاقتصادية ، والاجتماعية ، والعمرانية لهذه المدن بما يتفق مع طلب وميول احتياجات التطورالمطلوب و الذكاء الاصطناعي.
