DEVELOPMENT OF LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainable urban planning depends on making a balance between the environment, the economy and the social needs. So it can afford the functionality and the good quality of life for the residence or the users of the planning zones, as these zones could be new or need to be rehabilitated or developed under the scope of sustainability. The priority of these planning is to fulfill the needs of the society and his objectives within the environmental systems and the economic aspects. The liability issue concerns the absence of the aspects of managing the landscape realm in a successful manner under the scope of the economic sustainability .The objective is to reach the latest sustainable landscape realm that can be used in any site without making any deterioration; otherwise its usage can affect the efficiency of the site. The methodologies used in the research:
1st Using the literature review to introduce the main definitions, and the concerned criterions of the economic sustainability to manage the landscape realm of the sites.
2nd the analytical methodology is used to analyze the sustainable landscape realm and compare it with the other aspects of sustainability to reach the efficiency could be achieved within using every realm.
 
تعمل المخططات العمرانية المستدامة علي إيجاد التوازن بين البيئة والاقتصاد والقيم الاجتماعية، حتى تلبي احتياجات العمل وجودة الحياة  للسکان أو المستخدمين في المناطق المستهدفة للتخطيط سواء کانت مناطق جديدة أو مناطق خاصة بخطة إعادة تأهيل أو تطوير وذلک في إطار مستدام.  فتنظر إلى اهتمامات المجتمع وأهدافه ضمن النظام البيئي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي العالمي. وعليه تکمن المشکلة في کيفية إدارة عناصر تنسيق الموقع لتلبي محاور التنمية المستدامة بنجاح. فيکون هدف البحث هو الکشف عن العناصر المستحدثة للتنسيق الحدائق التي تحمل سمة الاستدامة الاقتصادية ويمکن استخدامها في إي موقع دون الضرر به بل يهدف استخدامها إلى رفع کفاءة الموقع. فيتبع البحث المنهج النظري في جمع المفاهيم والمعايير الخاصة للاستدامة الاقتصادية في إطار تنسيق المواقع وإدارتها، ثم يتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي حيث استعراض نماذج من عناصر تنسيق المواقع  المستدامة ويتم تحليلها للوصول إلى مداخلها وتبعيتها للمحاور الخاصة للاستدامة الاقتصادية. ويتم مقارنة هذه النماذج بکل ما تشمله من مزايا بمتطلبات محاور الاستدامة الأخرى،ليظهر انه عند استخدام هذه العناصر يمکن الوصول إلى الکفاءة الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعي إي انه يمکن رفع کفاءة المنطقة من خلالها.
