Aims and Scope

Scope and types of contribution:

Al-Azhar University Engineering Journal is an international journal provides for the publication of refereed contributions covering all aspects of engineering including civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, system and computer engineering, mining and petroleum engineering, Architecture and urban planning and engineering mathematics and physics.

Submission of a paper to AUEJ implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the publisher.

Types of contribution include:

  • Papers reporting research and practice.
  • Critical assessments/reviews: fully referenced contributions examining, critically and comprehensively, the position in a topic of current interest;
  • Overviews, giving a broader perspective on a particular topic.

Aim:

AUEJ aims to contact authors with referee's comments within six weeks of receipt of a contribution, and to publish within six months. Authors are reminded that delays in publication may occur if the instructions for submission and disk and manuscript preparation are not strictly followed. To facilitate communication, authors are requested to provide their current e-mail address, telephone and fax number.

Journal of Al-Azhar University Engineering Sector (JAUES) is an international journal for the publication of peer-reviewed original high-quality papers and review papers in Multidisciplinary Engineering such research in the following engineering topics:

  1. Mechanical engineering
