Abstract

Sustainable Eco-tourism development is one of the recent trends that emerged as a result of the negative changes that the environment witnessed in the recent period.
This has led to the interest of many tourism countries in sustainable Eco-tourism development plans, Hence the research problem, which is the lack of clear sustainable development standards and mechanisms to adequately utilize the available resources in North Sinai, whether natural or human.
Therefore, the objectives of the research were to study the potential of natural and human resources and how to apply the criteria for sustainable tourism development, The research paper follows the analytical approach that relies on analyzing data on the tourism sector and the human and natural potentials in North Sinai Governorate, And also the applied approach that relies on conducting a study on ecotourism areas in North Sinai.

تعد ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺤﻴﺔ البيئية ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺩﺍﻤﺔ ﺃﺤﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻭﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺜﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻅﻬﺭﺕ ﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﻴﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺸﻬﺩﺘﻬﺎ البيئة ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﺨﻴﺭﺓ ، ﻭﻫﻭ ﻤﺎ ﺃﺩﻱ ﺇﻟﻲ ﺍﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﻴﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻭل ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺤﻴﺔ ﺒﺨﻁﻁ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺤﻴﺔ البيئية المستدامة، ومن هنا تأتي المشکلة البحثية والتي تتمثل في افتقار وجود معايير وآليات تنموية مستدامة واضحة لاستغلال الموارد المتاحة بشمال سيناء سواء الطبيعية أو البشرية بشکل کافي. لذا تمثلت أهداف البحث في دراسة إمکانيات الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية وکيفية تطبيق معايير التنمية السياحية المستدامة، وتنتهج الورقة البحثية المنهج التحليلي الذي يعتمد علي تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالقطاع السياحي والإمکانات البشرية والطبيعية بمحافظة شمال سيناء، وايضاً المنهج التطبيقي الذي يعتمد علي إجراء دراسة علي العمران السياحي البيئي في شمال سيناء.
