The intelligent office buildings is one of the most important aspects of the integration of high-tech in architecture, which gives the intelligent office buildings advantage for the traditional office buildings at the sale, rent or even the traditional operation of the building when compared to the real estate market. For that, the owners of traditional office buildings decided to modernize the classification of their buildings, by adding touch of traditional technological to allow the building to keep pace with the modern real estate market, to increase the demand for their buildings.
