دراسة بحثية في أنواع النظم الذکية المستخدمة فى المبانى الإدارية الحديثة

During the last decade of the twentieth century, the expression of smart architecture has been associated with modern technology in buildings, and spread this expression to describe many buildings that are containing of advanced technology in the building (regardless of having the basic features of the building and smart systems that allow the building as intelligent or not). Many specialists, scientists have worked in the field of buildings to assess the development of specific characteristics of certain systems which must be available, in order to fit the building to call this building is intelligent.
There are many intelligent systems which are applied in modern office buildings, and in order to be explained must be addressed to explain the concept of intelligent system in the administrative building, explain intelligent system components in how the building management, then presents the different system Intelligent classifications within the administrative building, and how to integrate these systems into building.
أرتبط مفهوم العمارة الذکية خلال العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين بالتکنولوجيا الحديثة في المباني. وانتشر مصطلح المبنى الذکي لوصف العديد من المباني التي تتسم بنسب متقدمة من التکنولوجيا المتطورة في المبنى، بغض النظر عن إمتلاک المبنى السمات الأساسية والنظم الذکية التي تسمح بوصف المبنى بالذکاء من عدمه. وقد عمل العديد من العلماء المتخصصين في مجال تقييم المباني على وضع خصائص محددة ونظم معينة يجب أن تتوافر في المبنى لکي يصلح أن يطلق على هذا المبنى أو ذاک بالمبنى الذکي.
وهناک العديد من الأنظمة الذکية والتي يتم تطبيقها في المباني الإدارية الحديثة، ولکي يتم شرحها يجب تناول شرح مفهوم النظام الذکي في المبنى الإداري، وشرح مکونات النظام الذکي في کيفية إدارة المبنى، ثم تناول التصنيفات المختلفة للنظام الذکي داخل المبنى الإداري، وکيفية تکامل هذه النظم داخل المبنى.
