STANDARD DESIGN STANDARDS AND THE EXTENT OF THEIR APPLICATION IN THE MOSQUES OF THE CITIES OF BENHA - AND SADAT - EGYPT

Mosques are God’s homes prepared for his worship, performing gatherings, groups, education and guidance. Mosques differ among themselves in terms of area and size, but they agree in the presence of basic components for each of them, which are represented in the design criteria for mosque architecture: (prayer yard, toilets, places of ablution and purity, prayer hall. The women, the pulpit, the mihrab, ...), which are not applied in a scientific way in terms of the required space, number, and location, and in a manner that enables the mosque to fulfill its function and serve its beneficiaries in a decent manner, where there is no contradiction between the partial functions of its elements, and the research deals with the study of the conditions The current state of mosques, both governmental (affiliated to the Ministry of Awqaf), And eligibility implemented by donating associations or citizens of the cities (Benha and Sadat), and knowing their suitability for the designed criteria, so that they become suitable for use by all members of society without exception, and to provide the best worship environment for worshipers to achieve reverence and increase the wage, God willing. The problem of the study is that the mosque, which is considered the most sacred place, is marginalized from an architectural and design point of view, and there is no integrated vision for the application of architectural standards for it, and most of those standards in the current situation are below the level of approved standards, which requires speedy treatment of the current situation until those standards are established. المساجد بيوت هللا المعدة لعبادته، وأداء الجمع، والجماعات، والتربية والتوجيه، وتختلف المساجد فيما بينها من حيث المساحة والحجم إال أنها تتفق في وجود مکونات أساسية لکل منها تتمثل في المعايير التصميمية لعمارة المساجد: )ساحة الصالة، دورات المياه، أماکن الوضوء والطهارة، مصلي النساء، المنبر، والمحراب، ...(، والغير مطبقه بطريقة علمية من حيث المساحة المطلوبة، وعددها، وموضعها، وبالشکل الذي يُمکن المسجد من تحقيق وظيفته وخدمة المستفيدين منه بشکل الئق، ال يکون فيه تضاد بين الوظائف الجزئية لعناصره، ويتناول البحث دراسة األوضاع الراهنة لحالة المساجد بشقيها الحکومية )التابعة لوزارة األوقاف(، واألهلية المنفذة بالتبرع الجمعيات أو المواطنين لمدينتي )بنها والسادات(، ومعرفة مدي مالءمتهما للمعايير التصميمة، بحيث تصبح مناسبة لالستخدام من قِبل جميع أفراد المجتمع دون استثناء، ولتوفير أفضل بيئة عبادة للمصلين لتحقيق الخشوع وزيادة األجر بإذن هللا. وتعتمد الدراسة على تصميم مسطرة تقييم يمکن من خاللها الوقوف على مدي مراعاة مساجد مدينتي )بنها والسادات(، للمعايير لمساجد المدينتين للجوان التصميمة، وذلک بأجراء دراسة ميدانية تشمل مسحا ب المعمارية بها، للوقوف على أوجه ً ميدانياً القصور بتلک الجوانب، ووضع مقترحات لحلها، وخلصت الدارسة إلي أهمية إعادة النظر في عملية تصميم المساجد وتشييدها للمعايير التصميمية والتي تضمن تحقيق احتياجات وراحة المستفيدين من وظائفه ومکوناته، ويتوافق وينسجم مع الوظيفة طبقاً األساسية لشروط الصالة وأرکانها، ضرورة التنسيق بين القطاعات المختلفة األهلية والجهات المسئولة المتمثلة في وزارة األوقاف وأجهزة المدن في بناء المساجد بما يخدم المجتمع.
