Abstract
Architectural education is a tributary of engineering education. As a result of the evolution of the technology in all fields, the modeling technique of building information has emerged. It has made a difference in designers', executors' and decision makers' perception of the entire construction and construction process. from design to management and operation, which had a significant impact on the construction industry and increasing demand for this technology locally, regionally and globally, which in turn created a gap and a lack of competencies required for such technologies in the labor market as a result of their increasing demand and many specialists in this field believe that the education sector is dependent on it to carry out this task by bridging the gap between education and industry, As well as raising the awareness of students to prepare them for the construction profession in line with the labor market.
The State develops education at all stages. In confirmation of this goal, The National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education “NAQAAE”, Authority promulgated National Academic Reference Standards. (NARS) as a measure of accreditation of educational institutions, and through Egypt's Vision 2030, which provides for the activation of accreditation rules and quality in line with international standards, has issued standards for the engineering sector (NARS,2018) Where the murals and competencies of engineering graduates in general and the graduate of the architecture program in particular are identified, in order to keep pace with the architectural education of the labor market, it is necessary for the institutions of architectural education to achieve these murals through their different curricula.
Given the competencies and departments of architecture graduates (NARS,2018) and aimed at achieving them in architecture engineering programs In the view of the research, building information modelling technology can play a significant role in achieving these competencies by analyzing them to more detailed competencies with a view to reaching a new strategy for achieving them, This is the study's finding of the effectiveness of the building information modelling technique in achieving the most of these competencies and departments of the Architecture Engineering Program
 
يعتبر التعليم المعماري أحد روافد التعليم الهندسي، ونتيجة للتطور التكنولوجيا المتلاحق في كافة المجالات ظهرت تقنية نمذجة المعلومات (BIM) Building Information Modeling حيث أنها أحدثت تغييراً في نظرة المصممين والمنفذين وصناع القرار لكامل عمليات البناء والتشييد، بداية من مرحلة التصميم إلي مرحلة الإدارة والتشغيل، مما كان له بالغ الأثر في صناعة البناء، وزيادة الطلب علي هذه التقنية محلياً و وإقليمياً وعالمياً، والذي بدوره خلق فجوة ونقصاً في الكفاءات المطلوبة لمثل هذه التقنيات في سوق العمل نتيجة للطلب المتزايد عليها، ويري العديد من المتخصصين في هذا المجال أن قطاع التعليم هو المعول عليه القيام بهذه المهمة من خلال سد الفجوة بين التعليم والصناعة، وكذلك رفع الوعي لدي الطلاب لإعدادهم لمهنة العمارة المسايرة لسوق العمل.
وتقوم الدولة بتطوير التعليم في كافة مراحله، وتأكيداً لهذا الهدف قامت الهيئة لقومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد بإصدار المعايير الاكاديمية المرجعية القومية (NARS) كمقياس لاعتماد مؤسسات التعليم، ومن خلال رؤية مصر 2030م والتي تنص على تفعيل قواعد الاعتماد والجودة المسايرة للمعايير العالمية قامت بإصدار معايير للقطاع الهندسي (NARS,2018) والذييُحدد فيه جدارات وكفاءات خريجي الهندسة بشكل عام وخريج برنامج العمارة بشكل خاص، وذلك لمواكبة التعليم المعماري لسوق العمل، فصار لزاماً علي مؤسسات التعليم المعماري تحقيق هذه الجدارات من خلال مناهجها المختلفة.
وبالنظر إلى كفاءات وجدارات خريجي العمارة (NARS,2018) والمستهدف تحقيقها في برامج هندسة العمارة، يري البحث أن تقنية نمذجة معلومات البناء يمكن أن يكون لها دور كبير في تحقيق هذه الكفاءات وذلك عن طريق تحليلها إلي كفاءات أكثر تفصيلا بهدف الوصول لاستراتيجية جديدة لتحقيقها، وهو ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من فاعلية تقنية نمذجة معلومات البناء في تحقيق أكبر قدر من هذه الكفاءات والجدارات الخاصة ببرنامج هندسة العمارة.
