Abstract
Cairo is full of historical areas and important monuments that embody the richness of the city, not only as the capital of the Islamic world, but also as one of the masterpieces of human urban experiences throughout its history. With the continuous development of tools and techniques that help preserve, develop, and upgrade urban and architectural documentation, this research comes as a study that helps achieve sustainable development goals through digital technology. this research will also compare manual instruments withelectronic (digital) instruments such as laser scanning, totalstation, geography Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System:(GPS) such comparisons shall maximize benefits of using each of them. In additional this research shall identify various techniquesand applications which promote the dissemination and use of digital heritage such as Virtual Reality, Augment Reality and Mixed Reality. in order to digitally translate and transfer this cultural heritage across generations as this legacy is owned by the World Heritage. Then it displays the search our case study is in Historic Cairo, Bab al-Wazir Street by solving some of the negative impacts on urban and architectural building that suffer fromDeterioration; this research shall be Exploiting the street’s strengths, transforming weaknesses into opportunities that serve sustainability projects, and benefit from global experiences in this field. It is worth noting that these negative phenomena are sublimation globally through UNESCO, which reflects the importance of research.
القاهرة عامرة بالمناطق التاريخية والآثار المهمة التي تُجسّد ثراء المدينة،ليس فقط كعاصمة للعالم الإسلامي، بل أيضاً بصفتها من روائع التجارب الإنسانية العمرانية على مر تاريخها. ومع التطور المستمر في الأدوات والتقنيات التي تساعد على الحفاظ والتطوير والإرتقاء العمراني والتوثيق المعماري, يأتي هذا البحث بمثابة دراسة تساعد على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة عبر التكنولوجيا الرقمية. وسيقارن البحث الأدوات اليدوية بالأدوات الإلكترونية (الرقمية) مثل المسح باستخدام الليزر وجهاز المحطة الكاملة ونظم المعلومات الجغراقية والنظام العالميوهذه المقارنات ستوضح الفوائد من استخدام كل من هذه التقنيات .بالإضافة إلى أن البحث سوف يعرف العديد من التطبيقات والتقنيات المستخدمة في تعزيز ونشر التراث الرقمي مثل الواقع الإفتراضي والواقع المعزز. من أجل ترجمة ونقل هذا الارث الثقافي عبر الاجيال رقمياً؛حيث أن هذا الإرث ممتلك للتراث العالمي.ثم يتناول البحث دراسة الحالة لدينا بالقاهرة التاريخية, وهو شارع باب الوزير وذلك بحل الآثار السلبية على العمران والمباني المعمارية المتدهوره؛ باستغلال نقاط القوة للشارع, وتحويل نقاط الضعف إلى فرص تخدم مشروع الإستدامة, وبالإستفادة من التجارب العالمية في هذا المجال ومن الجدير بالذكرأن هذه الظواهر السلبية متصعدة عالمياً من خلال منظمة اليونسكو, مما يعكس أهمية البحث.
