FOUNDATIONS OF ECONOMIC THINKING AS A TOOL TO CONTROL CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING PROJECTS

Due to the state 's tendency to enter into various development projects and the establishment
of a group of new cities. Which requires constant dependence on the construction and
Building sector. Which is considered one of the most important sectors affecting the national
economy, which is represented in projects in various fields. which use multiple resources such
as (Land, capital, labor, materials), which are rare. that requires careful study of these projects
and work to provide resources for these projects and the exploitation of these resources to
ensure the success of these projects. Therefore, the research works on using the bases of
economic thinking and benefiting from them Access determinants within the construction and
building projects. Working on ensuring the economic success of these projects and the
utilization of available resources to the fullest. The theoretical study of the stages of
construction and Building projects to develop
these determinants. Then an analytical study of the projects (Stadium Borg Al Arab - Cairo
Festival City Center) to assess the determinants of economic thinking within these projects.
To reach the conclusion of the most important results and make recommendations that helps
to provide resources for construction projects.
 
نظرا" لتوجة الدولة في الدخول في مشروعات تنمية متنوعة و انشاء مجموعة من المدن الجديدة. الامر الذي يستوجب
الاعتماد المستمر على قطاع التشييد و البناء. الذي يعتبر احد اھم القطاعات المؤثرة علي الاقتصاد القومي و المتمثل في
مشروعات في مختلف المجالات. والتي تستخدم فيھا موارد متعددة مثل ( الارض – راس المال – العمالة – المواد ) التي
تتسم بالندرة. مما يستوجب دراسة متأنية لتلک المشروعات و العمل علي توفير الموارد الازمة لتلک المشروعات و حسن
استغلال تلک الموارد لضمان نجاح تلک المشروعات. لذلک يعمل البحث على استخدام اسس التفکير الاقتصادي و الاستفادة
منھا في الوصول لمحددات داخل مشروعات التشييد و البناء لضمان نجاح تلک المشروعات اقتصاديا". والعمل على
استغلال الموارد المتاحة علي اکمل وجة .
تعمل الدراسة النظرية لمراحل مشروعات التشييد و البناء المختلفة لوضع تلک المحددات. ثم ياتي بعد ذلک دراسة
تحليلية لمشروعات ( استاد برج العرب – کايرو فيستيفال سيتي المرکز التجاري ) لتقييم محددات اسس التفکير الاقتصادي
داخل تلک المشروعات. من ثم الوصول الى استنتاج اھم النتائج و وضع التوصيات التي بدورھا تساعد في توفير الموارد
لمشروعات التشييد والبناء. بالتالى نجاح المشروع اقتصاديا" مما يعود بالنفع علي الاقتصاد القومي
