THE ROLE OF CREATIVE CITIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HISTORICAL AND HERITAGE AREAS

The paper deals with the role of the application of the theory of creative cities ( which

industries to achieve creative economy) in the development of heritage areas, and assumes
that the provision of components and standards of creative cities in any heritage area
contributes effectively In the economic, social and cultural development. In spite of the
richness of the heritage areas in terms of the elements that qualify them to make a leap in the
development of the society around them, comprehensive development, it suffers most of the
time from problems (political, social, economic and urban) The improvement and

مصطلح عام يدل على علاقة ديناميکية بين والعمل، والترفيھ، والفنون، والثقافة، والبيئة ٤ ، وأخيرا عرفتھا
الباحثة على إنھا المدينة التي تجذب الطبقة المبدعة للقيام بالصناعات الإبداعية لتحقيق الاقتصاد الإبداعي ) في
تطوير المناطق التراثية ، وتفترضأن توفير مقومات ومکونات ومعايير المدن الإبداعية في أي منطقة تراثية
يساھم مساھمة فعالة في الارتقاء بھ ا اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وثقافيا ، حيث أنھ بالرغم من ثراء المناطق التراثية
بمفردات وعناصر تؤھلھا لإحداث طفرة في تنمية المجتمع المحيط بھا تنمية شاملة إلا إنھا تعانى في أغلب
الأوقات من مشکلات ( سياسة واجتماعية واقتصادية وعمرانية ) ، ويسعى البحث الى تحسين وتطوير ا لوضع
الراھن للمناطق التراثية من خلال إيجاد حلول للمشکلات التي تعانى منھا في ضوء مفاھيم المدن الإبداعية
للوصول الى مناطق تراثية تقوم بدورھا کمدن ابداعية تساھم مساھمھ فعالة في الاقتصاد القومي وتنمية الموارد
البشرية ونشر الثقافة والفنون المحلية .
لذلک کان لابد من دراسة نظرية المدن الإبداعية وتوضيح المفاھيم المتعلقة بھا کالآتي وتصنيفات مجالاتھا
وتوضيح مقوماتھا ومکوناتھا ومعاييرھا ، وکذلک دراسة المناطق التراثية والمشکلات التي تعانى منھا والسبل
التقليدية للارتقاء بھا ، وقد توصل البحث في نھاية الدراسة الى اخت يار دراسة المدن الإبداعية في مجال الفنون
الشعبية والحرف اليدوية کوسيلة لتطوير المناطق التراثية .
ومن ثم تم عمل دراسة تحليلية على مدينتين إبداعيتين في مجال الحرف اليدوية والفنون الشعبية على
المستوى العالمي والمحلى وتم استنتاج عناصر قوة وضعف کل مدينة وم دى المساھمة التي أضافتھا فکر المدينة
الإبداعية على تطوير المنطقة التراثية بھا .
