GOOD DESIGN FOR LAYOUT IS AWAY TO PROTECT MUSEUMS FROM THEFT ARCH.

In light of the risks and challenges faced by museums which may hinder its cultural role,
must take policies and procedures which qualifies them to perform their role towards their
holdings and visitors, and this is by preserve them and protection from external risk factors,
and provide security and safety to the perimeter of the external building first before taking
care of the museum itself, where good design of the museum's layout is the first line of
defense against any infiltration and penetration.
Perhaps the first challenges are security and protection is the museum's location choice,
preferably away from vital installations and security of the city with the availability of a
specific external road network and access routes to the museum, preferred to surround the
museum by a large garden give an aesthetic appearance and used for outdoor museum
display, more importantly to provide a clear view of surveillance and insurance through the
void space between the layout fence and the museum itself.
The aim of the research is to monitor and study a variety of design methods for layout
elements providing means of protection and insurance by reviewing some design
requirements to provide.
 
في ظل الأخطار والتحديات التي تواجھھا المتاحف والتي قد تعيق قيامھا بدورھا الثقافي المنوط بھا ، يجب أن يتخذ من
السياسات والإجراءات ما يؤھلھا لأداء دورھا تجاه مقتنياتھا وتجاه زوارھا ، ويکون ھذا بالحفاظ عليھا وحمايتھا من
مسببات الخطر الخارجي وتوفير الأمن والسلامة لمحيط المبني الخارجي أولا قبل الاھتمام بحماية مبني المتحف ذات
نفسھ ، حيث التصميم الجيد للموقع العام للمتحف ھو خط الدفاع الأول لھ ضد أي تسلل واختراق .
ولعل أول التحديات الخاصة بالأمن والحماية ھو اختيار موقع المتحف ، يفضل أن يکون بعيدا عن المنشآت الحيوية
والأمنية للمدينة مع توافر شبکة طرق خارجية محددة طرق الاقتراب للمتحف ، ويفضل أن يحيط بالمتحف حديقة واسعة
تعطي مظھر جمالي وتستخدم کعرض متحفي خارجي والأھم أنھا تتيح رؤية واضحة للمراقبة والتأمين من خلال
المساحة والفراغ بين السور الخارجي للموقع ومبني المتحف ذاتھ .
يھدف البحث إلي رصد ودراسة مجموعة من أساليب تصميم الموقع العام بما يوفر وسائل الحماية والتأمين من خلال
استعراض بعض متطلبات التصميم لتوفير .
