Abstract

The study deals with the rehabilitation of historical buildings, since there are a number of
untapped buildings in Egypt. The study is changing its activities to achieve a large economic
return which is exploited in benefiting the building and benefiting the people of the area and
adding spirit to the historical building and the region in general.
As well as the addition of various activities of the place to help the large number of visitors to
maximize the benefit of the building, but not to affect the architectural character of the
building and the region.

يتناول البحث دراسة إعادة تأھيل المباني الأثرية ، نظرا لأنھ يوجد عدد من المباني الأثرية الغير مستغلة في مصر ،
وتقوم الدراسة على تغيير نشاطھا لتحقق عائد اقتصادي کبير يتم استغلالھ في إفادة المبنى وإفادة أھل المنطقة وإضفاء روح
للمبنى الاثرى وللمنطقة بشکل عام .
وأيضا إضافة أنشطة متنوعة للمکان تساعد على کثرة الزوار لتحقيق أقصى استفادة من المبنى ، ولکن عدم التأثير على
الطابع المعماري المتميز للمبنى والمنطقة.
