النطاقـَـات العُمرانيــة کمَدخل للتعامل مع المناطق التراثيـة

Urban areas properties generally differ in their conditions and needs. The heritage areas particularly differ as they contain distinguished traditional buildings that are of aesthetical, historical and functional values.  Each heritage area has its own problems, and conservation requirements differ accordingly. Thus, the problems of each area have to be identified precisely, in order to determine the suitable approach to address this problem, as each problem has a different approach. Based on this, the heritage areas should be classified accurately according to their urban regions. Problems and proper solutions of each region should be identified to ultimately maintain the heritage area using different methods. This could be achieved by developing a proposed methodology that deal with each heritage area through its different urban regions in a certain direction and optimum method, or by a combined group of proper methods and approaches that aim to preserve the entire heritage region for a long period of time.
تختلف طبيعة المناطق العمرانية عن بعضها فى ظروفها واحتياجاتها عامة والمناطق التراثية وما تحتويه من مبانى تراثية متميزة لها قيمتها الفنية والتاريخية والوظيفية خاصة ، حيث تختلف کل منطقة تراثية عن الأخرى فى نوعية المشکلات التى تواجهها کما أن متطلبات الحفاظ عليها تختلف باختلاف نوعية هذه المشکلات ، يتطلب ذلک تحديد مشکلات کل منطقة بدقة الأمر الذى من خلاله يتم تحديد مدخل التعامل مع هذه المشکلة فإن لکل منها أسلوب فى التعامل يختلف عن الآخر ، يستدعى ذلک أن نقوم بالتصنيف الدقيق للمنطقة التراثية حسب نطاقاتها العمرانية المُختلفة والمُکونة لها والتعرف على مشاکل کل نطاق والحلول المناسبة له وصولاً إلى الحفاظ على المنطقة التراثية بأکثر من إتجاه وأسلوب ، يتم ذلک من خلال تحديد منهجية مُقترحة للتعامل مع المنطقة التراثية الواحدة من خلال نطاقاتها العمرانية المختلفة باتجاه معين وأسلوب أمثل أو بمجموعة مُرکبة من الإتجاهات والأساليب المُناسبة لها بهدف الحفاظ على المنطقة التراثية ککل لفترات بعيدة المدى .
